Do you sell loose lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. We source and supply certified loose lab-grown diamonds in various shapes, sizes, and specifications.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are physically, chemically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. The only difference is their origin.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other locations: 4–7 business days
- International orders: 7–15 business days
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship to customers across India, Europe, the United States, and many other countries worldwide.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy for fashion jewelry?
Fashion jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
What is your return policy for precious jewelry?
Made-to-order gold and lab-grown diamond jewelry may be returned within 3 days of delivery only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
What is your return policy for loose lab-grown diamonds?
Loose lab-grown diamonds are eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery. Refunds are not available.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Simply contact our customer support team with your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos or videos.
Is an unboxing video required?
Yes. For claims related to missing items or damaged products, a continuous unboxing video from the sealed package is mandatory.
Warranty & Care
Yes. Selected fashion jewelry products are covered by our warranty against tarnishing under normal usage conditions, as specified on the product page.
The warranty covers tarnishing beyond normal use during the warranty period.
What is not covered under warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Scratches
- Breakage
- Improper use
- Exposure to chemicals
- Normal wear and tear

Payments & Orders
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. COD may be available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
