Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours from the time of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For made-to-order, customized, or precious jewelry, additional processing time may be required. In such cases, timelines will be communicated separately.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and customized products, items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery of available products.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is offered on prepaid orders above ₹500 within India
  • Orders below this value may attract standard shipping charges
  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary by location
  • Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-metro locations: 4–7 business days
  • International orders: 7–15 business days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email. Customers are advised to remain available to receive calls from delivery partners.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple product categories (e.g., fashion jewelry + customized gold jewelry) may be delivered in separate shipments.

At Kaeloria Jewels, we maintain strict quality standards. Returns and exchanges are accepted only under defined conditions to ensure fairness and prevent misuse.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories must be intact
  • The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or tampering

To ensure transparency and avoid fraudulent claims, the following are mandatory:

Unboxing Video (Required)

A clear, continuous video recording from the moment the sealed package is opened is required for:

  • Missing item claims
  • Damaged or defective product claims

Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.

Photographic Evidence

Customers must provide clear images of the product showing the issue for all return or exchange requests.

Return/Exchange Window: 10 days from delivery

Eligible For:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product received
  • Size or style concerns (exchange only)

Not Eligible For:

  • Products showing signs of use or wear
  • Damage caused by water, perfumes, chemicals, or improper handling
  • Missing packaging or accessories
  1. Precious Jewelry (14K/18K Gold with Lab-Grown Diamonds)

Return/Exchange Window: 3 days from delivery

Eligible Only For:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product received

Not Eligible For:

  • Change of mind
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Minor variations due to handcrafted nature
  1. Loose Lab-Grown Diamonds

Return/Exchange Window: 3 days from delivery

Policy:

  • Only exchange is allowed
  • Refunds are not permitted

Mandatory Conditions:

  • Original certification must be returned
  • Tamper-proof packaging must remain intact
  • Any tampering will result in rejection
  • Exchange is allowed once per order
  • Subject to product availability
  • If the requested product is unavailable, alternatives or store credit may be offered

Price Difference Handling

  • If the new product is higher in value, the customer must pay the difference
  • If lower, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and successfully passes quality inspection.

Processing Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval

Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method
  • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or UPI

Refunds are calculated strictly based on the original purchase price mentioned in the invoice.

Free Reverse Pickup Available For:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect item received

Customer-Paid Returns

  • In all other cases, return shipping charges of ₹150–₹250 may apply

Non-Serviceable Locations

If reverse pickup is unavailable:

  • Customers must ship the product via a reliable courier (e.g., India Post)
  • Reimbursement up to ₹70 will be provided
  • Any excess shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Return requests must be raised within the specified timeline
  • Customers must be available during pickup attempts
  • Failed pickup attempts may delay the return process
  • Claims for missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry
  • Sale or discounted products (unless defective)
  • Combo offers or promotional products
  • Loose diamonds (refund not applicable)

To protect against misuse:

  • Returns with missing items may result in deductions up to full product value
  • Used or damaged items will be rejected
  • False or unverifiable claims will not be accepted
  • Repeated abuse of return policy may lead to account restrictions

Kaeloria Jewels reserves the right to make the final decision in all return and refund cases after inspection.
