  • The customer pays only for the highest-priced eligible item.
  • The remaining eligible products are discounted according to the promotion.

  • The offer cannot be combined with other coupon codes unless explicitly mentioned.

Kaeloria reserves the right to refuse orders attempting to misuse promotional campaigns.

9. Payments

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation, except COD orders.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected pin codes.

Kaeloria reserves the right to:

  • Disable COD for selected products or locations.
  • Require prepaid payment for high-risk or repeat RTO customers.
  • Verify orders before shipment.

Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in future COD restrictions.

11. Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery:

  • India: 2–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

13. Warranty

Fashion Jewelry is covered by a 12-Month Anti-Tarnish Warranty subject to the warranty terms.
